1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PoeEnhancer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PoeEnhancer is a third-party tool that modifies local game client files for Path of Exile. The Service provides cosmetic modifications and performance optimizations. PoeEnhancer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Grinding Gear Games (GGG) in any way.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

The use of PoeEnhancer is entirely at your own risk. While the tool operates client-side only, the use of any third-party modification tool may violate the Terms of Service of Path of Exile. We do not guarantee that the use of this tool will not result in any action taken against your game account.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription keys are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing subscription keys or access is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales of subscription keys and access to the Service are non-refundable
  • No partial, full, or prorated refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, game updates that affect functionality, or account bans
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing the Service from functioning as described, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the problem via Discord
  • Technical support and troubleshooting are provided at our discretion and do not constitute grounds for a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly waive any right to a refund and agree to these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, resell, or share your subscription or account
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PoeEnhancer, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to any action taken against your game account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
